Once a year City Lights hosts The Scarlet Conference, a movement of women that gather from around the Middle East to encounter God & be set Free. This event has gained popularity over the last 5 years and is a real highlight for us girls in this region. STARLA WEBSTER: in January 2011 Starla, together with her husband Daniel, pioneered City Lights: a thriving, creative, authentic church in Dubai. God laid it on her heart to gather women once a year in Dubai to be inspired and empowered on Middle Eastern soil. Starla carries a sharp prophetic edge and through Scarlet, she inspires women to trust God for the impossible, deepen their relationship with Him and be released into all that God has called them to be.
Bianca Olthoff
Bianca Juarez Olthoff loves Jesus and teaching God’s Word. Passionate about helping people and spreading the Gospel, she is a traveling speaker and founder of ‘In The Name of Love,’ a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through the saving power of Jesus Christ. Her debut book, Play With Fire, is a reminder that God isn’t waiting until you have more resources or a spouse or a job so he can use you. He’s ready to use you to build his kingdom right now.
Alex Seeley
Alex Seeley is a passionate communicator and teacher of the Word. Possessing a unique ability to reveal how the Word of God is applicable to our everyday lives, Alex shares openly about how the power of God has proven real in her own life. Known for her boldness and tenacity, you’ll love the way Jesus shines through her. Born and raised in Australia, Alex served as an Executive Pastor at a church in Melbourne for nearly 20 years before relocating her family to Nashville in 2012, where Alex and her husband are now Senior Pastors of the Belonging Co.
Jake Isaac
Jake Isaac is a South London singer/songwriter/worship pastor with a passion to see Christians draw closer to God in worship and bring about change in their world. He has worked with the likes of Daniel Bedingfield, Natalie Imbruglia, Gabrielle, Blue, Miss Dynamite, Floetry and Duffy. After catching the attention of Elton John, Jake was signed to his Rocket Records imprint in 2015. In 2016 he started recording his debut album, Our Lives, released in May 2017. Jake attends Kingdom Faith Church with his wife and son.
