Once a year City Lights hosts The Scarlet Conference, a movement of women that gather from around the Middle East to encounter God & be set Free. This event has gained popularity over the last 5 years and is a real highlight for us girls in this region. Join us next year for much Laughter, Creative Expression, Worship, & Life Changing Preaching.
